Returns Policy — Shea Wild

At Shea Wild, we are committed to providing premium natural skincare products with the highest standards of quality and care.

Due to the personal nature of skincare and hygiene products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition
• Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Packaging must remain sealed and intact

For hygiene and customer safety reasons, any opened personal care products cannot be resold or returned.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photographs of the item, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected.

Shea Wild reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval and returned to the original payment method used during purchase.

Skincare & Personal Care Products

Due to hygiene, safety, and quality control standards, all skincare and personal care products sold under Shea Wild must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition to qualify for a return or exchange.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or refunds on products that have been:
• Opened
• Used
• Tampered with
• Removed from their original packaging

This includes creams, scrubs, oils, deodorants, serums, soaps, body care products, and other personal care items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund where appropriate.

Digital Products, Courses & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital products:
• Digital downloads become non-refundable once accessed, downloaded, or delivered
• Certain eligible digital products may qualify for a partial refund of up to 50% at our discretion if access has not been substantially used

• Sharing
• Copying
• Redistributing
• Uploading
• Reselling digital content

Unauthorised distribution of any digital product, publication, course material, or training resource may result in legal action and liability for any resulting loss of sales or damages.

Service Appointments & Cancellations

Coaching sessions, consultations, workshops, training sessions, and professional services must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours may be considered non-refundable.

Return Conditions
