About the book
About the book
So many of us grow up learning ways to survive staying silent, people-pleasing, shrinking ourselves, overachieving, numbing, or repeating unhealthy relationship dynamics. Over time, those survival patterns can become cycles that keep us stuck.
Raised in Pain, Rise in Power explores what it means to heal from painful experiences without shame, and how to start building a life that isn’t driven by fear, trauma, or old conditioning.
Through storytelling, reflection, and emotional truth, this book helps you:
Recognise the patterns you’ve been repeating
Understand where they come from
Begin breaking cycles that no longer serve you
Reconnect with your identity, voice, and power
This is about growth that feels real not perfect.
